Warranty Policy

We stand fully behind our products: CIGA Design provides a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. It is extended to the original owner only and is non-transferable. If your watch develops a defect in materials or workmanship, we will either repair or replace it. Your timepiece is made to be worn in water and used in everyday life, so if it should fail in water during the warranty period, reach out to us and we will make it right — it is essential that the crown stays sealed during normal use. If the crown is left unsealed while exposed to water, the warranty is voided.

This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, impact damage, batteries, loss, or theft. Always keep the screw-down crown sealed before entering water, as this is what keeps the watch watertight. If testing reveals that the screw-down crown was left open during water exposure, the warranty is voided, though we will still work with you to have the watch repaired or replaced for a fair fee. Whatever the problem, feel free to get in touch with our team with any question or concern.

This warranty applies only to purchases made directly through our official online store or from a CIGA Design Authorized Dealer, and only to the original owner. If a purchase order number from the official CIGA Design website is not available, proof of purchase will be required.
